Real Madrid Star Vinicius Jr Told He Is 'Far From Neymar, Messi and Ronaldo'

‎Vinicius Jr has been placed under sharp scrutiny by former defender Joao Miranda, who believes the Real Madrid star is still far from reaching the level of football legends.
‎In a frank discussion on Mario Suarez’s YouTube channel, Miranda compared Vinicius directly with icons such as Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Neymar, stating that there is still a noticeable difference.
‎Joao Miranda insists Vinicius Jr remains below Messi, Neymar and Ronaldo level, saying the Real Madrid winger misses an intangible quality beyond talent.

‎“Far From Neymar, Messi, Cristiano”
‎Miranda did not hold back when assessing the Brazilian winger’s current standing.
‎“For me, Vinicius has a lot of quality, but he is still far from Neymar, Messi, Cristiano,” he said.
‎The former Brazil international insisted that reaching the highest level requires more than just technical ability or physical strength.
‎Modern Football Profile, Missing Edge
‎According to Miranda, Vinicius fits perfectly into the modern style of football due to his blend of pace, skill, and athleticism.
‎“Football, at the moment, is the best we have, because for me football has changed a lot. It has a lot of physicality and Vinicius has the technical part and the physical part,” he explained.
‎However, he added that something still separates him from the sport’s greatest figures.
‎“But he is not like Messi and Neymar. He lacks something. I don’t know if it is charisma with people.”
‎Experience in Spain and External Pressure
‎Having played in Spain with Atletico Madrid, Miranda also reflected on dealing with pressure and distractions in European football.
‎He emphasized the importance of mental focus when facing intense atmospheres and outside noise.
‎“Here in Spain and in Europe, not anywhere, I have not experienced racism, because I had my head only to play football. What people said to me was only a distraction to take the focus away from the game,” he noted.
‎Concentration as a Deciding Factor
‎Miranda warned that allowing crowd pressure to influence performance can negatively affect a player’s game.
‎“When you’re going to play a game, if you let the fans take the focus away from the game, it changes the way you play a little, it takes away your concentration a little,” he said.
‎Vinicius has frequently been at the center of emotional and controversial moments in matches, a factor some believe could impact his consistency at the top level.
